Can be applied on dry or wet surfaces, even underwater, thanks to its advanced hydrophobic formula. It's ideal for fixing cracks and holes, foundation and concrete repair, sealing out rodents and pests, bath and shower repair, roof repair, RV and motorhome repairs, auto and boat fixes, lawn and garden projects, and much more.
